Where do you deliver?We deliver across India, ensuring that your tea reaches your doorstep wherever you are. We also deliver to international destinations.

Do you ship overseas?Yes. We can ship to overseas destinations. However, you will not be able to check-out using the cart of this website, till such time this website is updated to accept direct international orders. We can ship international orders in the following way: Pls select the items with quantities you wish to order. EMail this at hello@taleofteas.com Share your complete address & mobile number with country zip code. We will take a shipping quote in approx. 1 working day from fedex/ups etc and share the courier cost and the total order cost with you. We will send a proforma invoice for your acceptance covering this. We will share our business bank account details for you to make a funds transfer to our account. On receiving funds confirmation, we will immediately handover the parcel to the courier company and share the awb copy via email with you.

How long will my order take to arrive?Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your location in India.

Do you offer free shipping?We offer free shipping on orders above INR 699. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of INR 49 applies to deliveries in India below an order value of Rs 699.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Can I return or exchange a product?Returns & replacements are considered in the following instances. If the product is received in a damaged condition. If in case you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered. To be eligible for return, the items must be unused and unopened. If any item is missing from your order. You must write to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate your request & if found in consonance with our replacement policy, then expedite your replacement request. Please also share an image of the delivered product/package along with the return request for our assessment & internal quality checks. Thank you.

Can I request a refund/exchange?We do not offer any refunds for any products sold on our website. However for cases approved for exchange, we can offer an exchange for another product after deducting 15% of your invoice value as reverse shipping charges. Any request for an exchange needs to be received within 2 working days after delivery. And exchanges will be processed once the original ordered product is received back and inspected by us.

Can I cancel my order?Requests for order cancellation must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped by us, whichever happens earlier. If we have already booked the order with our courier company and the docket is issued, we will not be able to accept the order cancellation.

How do eGift cards work?You can choose the value of the e-gift card from the different options available and make a payment using your debit/credit card or other options available. The e-Gift Cards are sent via email by us with your personalized message. Recipients can instantly redeem them on our website www.taleofteas.com by shopping for products of their choice.

Do e-Gift cards expire?E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and should be used within this period.

Do you refund unused amounts on the e-Gift card?No. The value of the e-gift card should be used on our website within a 12-month period to make a purchase. Amount unused cannot be refunded.

What if the amount of my purchase is more than the amount of the e-Gift card?You can pay the balance amount, over and above the amount of your e-gift card, by using your debit/credit card or via other modes of payment.

Do I need to create an account to shop?No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account helps track orders and offers a more personalized experience.
