Hot Brew:

1. Scoop 1 teaspoon (2gm) of tea leaves into a teapot.

2. Pour 180-200 ml of freshly boiled water at 70-80°C over the tea leaves.

3. Cover the teapot with a tea cozy and let the infusion steep for 4-5 minutes. Use a sand-timer or your smartwatch to infuse for the right period.

4. Use a tea strainer to pour your freshly brewed tea.

5. Best enjoyed as is, without milk. Honey may be added to taste.

💡The tea leaves can be re-steeped 2-3 times. Slightly increase steeping time for each infusion.

Cold Brew:

1. Add 2 tsp of tea to 300ml cold water.

2. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

3. Strain & serve over ice for a fruity, refreshing treat.
