Hot Brew:

1. Scoop 1 teaspoon (2gm) of tea leaves into a teapot.

2. Pour 180-200 ml of freshly boiled water at 93-100°C over the tea leaves.

3. Cover the teapot with a tea cozy and let the infusion steep for 3-5 minutes. Use a sand-timer or your smartwatch to infuse for the right period.

4. Use a tea strainer to pour your freshly brewed tea.

5. Enjoy as is or add milk for a creamy chai-style indulgence.  

Cold Brew:

1. Add 2 tsp of tea to 300ml cold water.

2.  Refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
3.  Strain & serve over ice for a refreshing twist.
