BREWING GUIDE & TIPS
- Scoop 1 teaspoon (2gm) of tea leaves into a teapot.
- For all Green teas - Pour 180-200 ml of freshly boiled water at 70-80°C over the tea leaves. / For Black Teas - Pour 180-200 ml of freshly boiled water at 93-100°C over the tea leaves / For Herbal Tisanes - Pour 180-200 ml of freshly boiled water at 93-100°C over the tea leaves.
- Cover the teapot with a tea cozy and let the infusion steep for 4-5 minutes for Green Teas / for 3 to 5 minutes for Black Teas / for 5-7 minutes for Herbal Tisanes. Use a sand-timer or your smartwatch to infuse for the right period.
- Use a tea strainer to pour your freshly brewed tea.
- Best enjoyed as is, without milk or honey.
💡The tea leaves can be re-steeped 2-3 times. Slightly increase steeping time for each subsequent infusion.
SHELF LIFE & PACKAGING DETAILS
- 50gm of tea leaves are sealed in an aluminum foil pack and inserted in an air-tight tin caddy.
- After exhausting the contents, you may use this tin caddy to store any products in your kitchen.
- Shelf life is 24 months from the date of packaging.
