Classic Chai Preparation:

1. Scoop 1 teaspoon (2gm) of tea leaves into a teapot.

2. Pour 180-200 ml of freshly boiled water at 93-100°C over the tea leaves.

3. Cover the teapot with a tea cozy and let the infusion steep for 4-5 minutes. Use a sand-timer or your smartwatch to infuse for the right period.

4. Use a tea strainer to pour your freshly brewed tea.

5. Add warm milk and sugar to taste.

6. Enjoy a strong, flavorful cup of authentic masala chai.

Quick Black Chai:

1. Steep 1 tsp in 200ml hot water for 3-4 minutes.
2. Strain and enjoy without milk for a bold, spiced black tea.
