BREWING GUIDE & TIPS
1. Scoop 1 teaspoon (2gm) of tea leaves into a teapot.
2. Pour 180-200 ml of freshly boiled water at 93-100°C over the tea leaves.
3. Cover the teapot with a tea cozy and let the infusion steep for 5-7 minutes. Use a sand-timer or your smartwatch to infuse for the right period.
4. Use a tea strainer to pour your freshly brewed tea.
5. Best enjoyed as is or by adding a few drops of lemon juice & a slice of lemon. Do not add milk.
💡The tea leaves can be re-steeped 2-3 times. Slightly increase steeping time for each infusion.
