1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 699. This is applicable for standard shipping.
For orders below Rs. 699, we offer a flat shipping rate of Rs 49.

Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location in India, and carrier.
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day - extra charges will apply. This service is available for metro cities and some other select destinations. Please put in your request (at whatsapp 9501233144 / 9888717988) for receiving an overnight shipment by quoting the items you wish to order along with your delivery address with pin code and wil share a quote.
4. International Shipping
Confirmed and fully paid international orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS etc., depending on the best courier service available in that area. To make an international order, you will need to email us details of your order with quantities and we will share a quote for international courier service. Once the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order, along with the airway bill of the courier service, will be sent to you via email.

7. Packages lost in transit

8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns & replacements are considered in the following instances.

If the product is received in a damaged condition.

If in case you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered. To be eligible for return, the items must be unused and unopened.

You must write to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate your request & if found in consonance with our replacement policy, then expedite your replacement request.
